I'm interested in knowing a bit more about some of your programming:
(1) the pause squats - are these a variation to manage fatigue or more to improve technique? Are you keeping the reps low because the pause reps are particularly fatiguing?
(2) the press - what difficulty is the top single at? Are the back off sets at a percentage of the top single or how do you select them? I'm trying to focus more on the Press myself so exposing myself to as many new ideas as possible.

Right now I'm just in survival mode in life and Training Without a Plan. Literally the bare minimum to not feel like I'm wasting away. If you look back a few at some of my programming, I think maybe in the winter/spring I was training more, pulled 400x5, pressed 200...check out some of that and see if you have some questions and I'll go into more detail when I have the time.
