OHP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 4, 51 x 2, 62 kg x 5 x 3, 50 x 10. This went really well today. I really enjoy pressing right now.
CGBP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 55 x 3, 68 x 1, 81 kg x 7, 8, 8. I wasn't properly fired up for the first work-set and lost steam after 7 reps. The 8th rep hung in mid-air for what felt like the longest time before I lowered the bar down onto the safeties. I made sure to get in the right state of mind before the second and third set and made those with not too much problem.
LTE: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 25 x 4, 30 x 3, 35 x 2, 38 kg x 8 x 3. These were all right.

SQ: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 115 kg x 3r x 6s. This was rather enjoyable.
DL: 50 kg x 5, 75 x 4, 100 x 3, 120 x 2, 141 x 1, 162 kg x 3 x 3. This was all right too.
I enjoyed lifting today. A good day.
