I'm back to my old weight. The 2 kilos I dropped may have been from going off the supplements. When training, I mix my own pre/post workout with the GainzZzRx recipe and drink whey shakes. Fatigue is low and TRAC recommended adding a set for the first time in a long time this morning.
I started the HPS plan working off weights I got from averaging my two e1RMs: one from late December in week 7 of a BBM strength block, and the second after a hiatus of 4 weeks, on Feb. 2 at the end of 2 weeks of LP. When the opportunity came up to be one of Hanley's guinea pigs, I jumped on it, figuring it would be more fun than grinding out another week and a half of LP. I'll log kilos and pounds in parenthesis like I started again at the beginning of the new year.
Considering the distance between my left and right acromion processes, my bench grip was probably narrow. I'm moving from tips of thumbs on the smooth to ring finger on the rings for the TnG now and as always, index fingers on the smooth for CGBP. The load for hypertrophy day is supposed to be light and for bench all reps moved at about the same speed.
I think this is the first time I've ever done squats between bench and deadlifts. My first sets on the latter exercises were not feeling as fresh as usual. I'm not good at all at RPE under @7 for squats. The last rep is about like the first, but could I do 3 or 4 or even 5 more? I don't really know. In all the workout was short and sweet.
