Hi Pat, Thanks for dropping in. I usually don't comment myself, but the attention is encouraging! I'm going to follow your's then too. I missed my last rep of presses yesterday. I got out in front too far somehow and couldn't get it past my chin. Squats went well today. I would like to think that the checks on the coaches forum have helped. I also looked at Andy's new group and have toyed with changing programming, but I'll stay with this as long as things progress. I'm probably going to deload (first time) after this cycle.
