    Bench felt great easily had a couple left in the tank. Grinded my self into the ground with the accessory work.

    I did something to my foot yesterday. It was originally pain in my ankle but has slowly moved down into my mid-foot and is really painful. Hope this goes away quickly.

    90% of ID keeps me at 369 so I rounded up. Hopefully not jumping 5 lbs doesn't stall me.

    PR on the cleans. I got them all this time. Next week will be for two plates.

    My foot was fine after about 5 pm yesterday, I don't know what the hell that was about.

    Just stumbled in here... Looks like you've had a nice LP and successful transition to TM. And yeah, I think the Intermediate Logs see more traffic than any other subforum.

    LISS on treadmill, inclined, 20 mins.

    Fucking brutal DOMS in the hammies today. Didn't seem to effect the bike much as that just toasts my quads instead.

    Asst Dips
    -125 x 10 x 3

    PR on the bench today. Was pretty heavy, but gun to my head I might have had one left.

    Pressing after benching sucks. Triceps want nothing to do with it lol.

    Dips are going good. Jumped 10 lbs and still made 3 sets of 10.
