Squat Felt pretty decent. 1st set probably could've turned 2 reps, and it occurred to me for a brief moment that I could hit a new PR for two reps, but I decided to stick with the plan. Presses were easy, as they should be at that load. I took some more weight off and began LP with 1.0 technique. Killed my deadlift! Last time around I could only manage 2 reps @ 510. Guess the haltings and rack pulls are beginning to pay off, as grueling as the haltings are at times.

This is the third occasion now that I've squatted 405 for a set of 5, so I'm happy to say that I can do this routinely now. I was messing around with my technique on press, will probably deload it even more on Sunday. I made it to 150x5x3 on an abbreviated LP and probably could've took it a little further, but I really want to get the 2.0 technique down. My hip timing is beginning to get a little better, but I suspect deloading a little more may be beneficial. Besides, it's not like I'm a very strong presser anyway, and I don't have a Strengthlifting meet scheduled anytime soon, so what the hell.

Moving that squat along nicely I see.... How'd they feel at that weight?
