    Had a runny nose and not felling well generally. Yesterday I did 2h Kung Fu training. I think I'm getting the flu or something, but it was not so bad to prevent me from training.

    The return to the floor. It has been some time since I pulled normal deadlifts from the floor. I think I lost a bit of extension on the 4th rep, but corrected on the 5th. Let's see what coach Alex says, but I might be getting out of the woods regarding my back flexion issues during DLs.

    We reset a bit the Pendlay Row a bit, because I'm getting to vertical on the ascent. I tried this time to keep as horizontal as possible my back, but maybe not nearly enough. Still too heavy?
