    HLM Heavy Squat Day

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 180 x 1; 210 x 2; 226 x 1; 203 x 3 x 2 (226 leaves me just 20 to go for the first PR since 2019)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 155 x 1; 162.5 x 1; 136 x 5 x 2 (23 lbs to go for a PR)
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 260 x 5

    I am almost consistent with depth on squat.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 181 x 5 x 2; 95 x 5 (P). I was at depth on every squat.
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 95 x 1; 103 x 1; 72 x 8 x 2; 6 x 1
    Prowler: 100 x 4 x 3

    HLM Medium with heavy Dead

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 170 x 1; 203 x 3 x 2 All at depth. Problem with the knees on the last of the second lift.
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 130 x 3; 114 x 8 x 2
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 295 x 1; 325 x 1; 266 x 3 November goal 380 x 1
