The "Pull" was a wonderful event that honored our oldest lifter on his 97th birthday and raised over $5000 for Alzheimer's research. Sadly, my wife and I were both sick with bronchitis and could not attend. We will have to set up another one.

Thanks. "This could be the start of a beautiful friendship." Casablanca.

Both Chris Kurisko of Black Iron and Sully assure me that there will be more opportunities.

Sorry to hear about the meet, carson. I know how hard you have been working towards it. But Chris and Sully are right, you'll have more opportunities.

I don't often get sick but this Bronchitis is no fun. Hopefully, by December I will be over this.

Thank you all for your kind words. I am getting some reading in that I had put off. CG Jung, "Aion" and Kierkegaard, "Fear and Trembling" are among my favorites. My eyesight isn't as good as it used to be but I'm ploughing through them. Still, I'm antsy to get more active.

Finally, back in the gym. I missed five or six sessions with Bronchitis. My wife has suffered for over six weeks and still was not able to go in.
