The Deadlift is most pleasing. Sometimes during the second lift a voice tells me "you can't make three" which I firmly reject. However, today a voice came which said "You can easily do three of these" and I did. No pain today. Sleep is often interrupted but no interruption during the lifts. If all goes well I plan to press at least 128 and plan to deadlift 385.

I think I am back. Still have a little trouble with sleep but my lifting seems to be about what it was before my rib hurt.
Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 230 x 5; 195 x 5 x 2
Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 95 x 1; 103 x 3; 83 x 5 x 3
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 345 x 3 (PR)
Onward and upward.

Mama said there'd be days like this. Light day...yeah, right.
Squat: 70 x 5; 120 x 5; 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 218 x 5 x 2; 121 x 5 x 2 (pause) 218 felt like 258.
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 155 x 1; 165 x 1; 180 x 0; 182 x 0; 115 x 8 x 3 Form breakdown and other crap.
Prowler: 100 x 6 x 2

Monday was a hard heavy day, where you recovered a lot of ground.
Your sleep has been a challenge.
So your body decided to back off on this work set a little more than normal.
Sometimes your body just knows.

I think you are right. Everything seemed heavier than it should have. I'm having trouble staying awake now. I think I'll go take a nap.
