    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 4; 85 x 3; 95 x 1; 105 x 2; 76 x 8 x 3 Working a combination of intensity and volume to prepare for the Fall Classic in Chicago.
    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 327.5 x 1; 360 x 1 New PR I was surprised how relatively easy the 360 went up. This is a good omen for the Fall Classic.

    It was nice to have my best man in the gym with me. His health isn't the best and may be the last time I see him.

    If I reach 375 before the classic I will set my deadlift top weight for 385 (175 kg). If not I'll stick with 374 (170 kg.) for my top lift.

    starting strength coach development program
    That fifth lift at 320 was really an ugly lift. I'm surprised that I could keep it going. My form broke down but the bar went up anyway.
