Sully always seems to have the right perspective.
A warrior poet.
BTW, I've done my best work at about 42F to 48F.
Perhaps I is my substantial layer of store energy.
Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 160 x 3; 210 x 2; 240 x 1; 255 x 2 x 2; 105 x 5 (paused) I'm getting to depth most of the time
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 159 x 2 x 2
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 332.5 x 1; 350 x 0 HUMBUG!!!
Still it was fun. I join Sully by saying "not bad for a man with the heart of a 35 year old."

I don't often get a PR in OHP but I did today:
Squat: 70 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 2; 230 x 1; 246 x 1; 221 x 3 x 2
Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 100 x 1; 108 x 3; 86 x 5 x 3 (PR)
Dead: 135 x 2; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 327.5 x 3
Nice. I think we need some patients with progress on that movement.
I think I could have gone heavier on all of the lifts. But then, it's all fun. You are right about patience. I was never particularly coordinated. I must concentrate more on the press than any of the others.
Pretty good day. I achieved my second PR this week.
Squat: 70 x 5; 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 221 x 5 x 2; 123 x 5 x 2 (paused)
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 156 x 1; 170 x 1; 185 x 1 (PR)
Prowler: 45 x 6 x 4 New and heavier prowler. We used lighter weights than before and will go up until I reach the proper weight.
Another good day. No PR's but most lifts went well
Squat: 70 x 5 (paused); 160 x 3; 210 x 2; 240 x 1; 256 x 2; 123 x 5 x 2 (paussed)
Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 100 x 1; 112 x 2 x 2; 81 x 8 x 3
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 220 x 1; 350 x 1
Medium Day is always my favorite because I get to do 1+ on the Dead. 330 was my top. I did 350 and almost tried 375. Next time I will.
