I've been doing some walking and air squats. I limp and then stop for a few air squats. Those hurt. But they are necessary.

Thank you gentlemen. I will do my 25 x whatever light squats and whatever else Sully has me doing. Hopefully, I will soon recover. No swelling so this may be on the minor side. We shall see.

I had Alexa play "Worthy is the Lamb" from Handel's Messiah to camouflage any naughtiness. I don't know if it worked.

    Star Protocol:
Air Squat 10 x 5. Surprisingly many were at depth though I though i would faint. He did catch my left knew caving and so I concentrated more.
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 95 x 1, 1; 76 x 5, 5 I tried to do more but the pain was distracting.
Dead: 75 x 5 x 3 I think I could have done more but I limited myself. Besides, Sully was watching.

Actually I felt better after the lifts than I did before.

I always sing "Worthy is the lamb/that was slain/ and ended up on my grill" as I prepare Easter yumminess. Am I a bad person?

Only God knows but it does sound close. Still, if the lamb was good then maybe it was worthy.
