I have a tee shirt I'm going to wear onnext heavy day. Jesus is doing a deadlift, with these words. "Jesus, the greatest deadlifter in the world." Who knows? It may help.
Think of the plates as sins and he will lift them away for you
HLM Medium. It's always a good day when one makes every lift. Returned from a few days with kids and grandkids. It must have done me some good.
Squat: 70 x 5 (Paused); 140 x 3; 190 x 1; 207 x 3; 207 x 3 x 2; 100 x 5 (paused)
Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 137 x 3; 120 x 8 x 2
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 272 x 5
Correction: This may have been a light day. I usually just do what I'm told and sometimes confuse one day with another.

Last Friday was medium. HLM Heavy day.
Squat: 70 x 5 (p); 150 x 3; 200 x 1; 230 x 1; 232 x 0 (Went down too slowly and got stuck at the bottom); 209 x 3 x 2
Press: 45 x 5; 70 x 3; 90 x 1; 100 x 1; 85 x 5 x 2 (I seem to be getting the hang of it.)
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 338 x 1 (A real grind); 277.5 x 3
A pretty good day overall. The few mistakes are easily correctable.
