    Thank you, Bill and Richard. I love lifting. Sully, says I have the motivation all wrong. He says "it's lifting to live not living to lift." For me it seems to be both/and not either or.

    The odd numbers for Press is a protocol I think was invented or discovered by Rip. 1,3, 5 operates to help me progressively lift heavier weights after Dr. Feber, the strength doctor many of us see from time to time declared that I could still lift but there wasn't much else that could be done for my shoulder. I suppose that means at some point I won't be able to press any heavier. We will see. My PR is 128. I still hope to reach 135.

    Increasing Arthritis is probably my biggest challenge. I have difficulty typing and am noticing more and more. My knees are starting to give me more and more trouble as well. This is not for sissies.
