HLM Heavy Squat Day. My Medium Day is my heavy Deadlift day,
Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 180 x 1; 210 x 1; 225 x 1; 202.5 x 3 x 2
Press: 45 x 8; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 95 x 1; 100 x 1; 85 x 5 x 1; 1 x 1; 5 x 1 After lifting 100 for the first time in a couple of years I was determined to do 85 x 5 x 2. After a failure on the second attempt. I did a third attempt which was successful.
Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 252 x 5
Things keep looking up.
HLM Light Not my favorite day but I did well with what I was supposed to do.
Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 120 x 3; 160 x 1; 180 x 5 x 2; 95 x 5 (P)*

Prower: 100 x 4 x 3
The safety bar is used before this year we thought weighed 70 lbs. We thought wrong. It only weighed 45. Hence my PR was not 270 but 245. Hence if I get past 245 x 1 I will finally have a new PR. Since I've now lifted 225 the 246 goal is not so far out of reach, I can do that.
My post-surgery press is now at 100. My pre-surgery, pre-lockdown pr was 128. I think I can reach 129 by the end of this year.
The bench is now at 160 and was fairly easy. I should surpass 185 in a few months,
Dead is at 317.5 and fairly easy. I should surpass my pr of 375 by the end of the year,
I'm scheduled for a competition on November 25 which honors our fellow lifter, John Claassen's 97th birthday. Lookin' good.
