Before the Plandemic I was making steady progress. I kept doing lifting of bags of rocks and the like and then we got back in the gym. Despite that, I couldn't seem to get on a steady gains path. I had to back off time and again. But during the last few weeks, I seem to be back on a gains path of 21/2 pounds x 1 every week and a half. I hope it keeps up. I seem to have worked out some of the form problems. Despite the fact that I'm no longer a spring chicken I do seem to be gaining strength.
