HLM Heavy Squat Day
Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 220 x 1; 198 x 3 x 2 Left knee problems. I plan to fit another warmup lift in the hope that my knee will do better.
Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1l 100 x 1; 104 x 1; 88 x 5 x 2 I may be improving my form a little.

It's becoming a pattern. Every 7-8 months my knees get cranky and I get artificial cartilage injections. Last November the Strength Doctor showed me a video of him pushing 365 on the prowler. I got the most recent injection today so I told him that I had finally caught him. He rejoiced with me. The injections hurt but they allow me to continue squats and deadlifts.

Prowler: 300 x 4 x 2 I could not do the third trip. I was out of gas and was hurried, having to take my wife to the Doctor.I will do this weight again.
300 lbs of plates + 75 lbs of prowler = 375 lbs.

We have three assistant coaches. We are commiserating on the fact that I was among Sully's first clients and that I've remained the longest. One of the coaches piped up and called me "OG." I asked what that meant, and she said, "Original Gangsta." I like that. I am the Original Gangsta.
