    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 130 x 3; 170 x 1; 180 x 5 x 1; 1 x 1 Pulled muscle in inner thigh); 125 x 5 (sort of)
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 155 x 1; 168 x 1; 117 x 8 x 2.
    Prowler: 300 (375) x 4 x 3 (New PR)

    HLM Medium with Heavy Deads. I wonder how the stretched "Abraham" muscle would react, but it's almost healed up.

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 335 x 1; 347.5; 285 x 3
    Press: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 85 x 1; 94 x 3; 78 x 8 x 2
    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 140 x 3; 180 x 1; 203 x 3; 70 x 10 x 2. Much less pain.

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 210 x 1; 227.5 x 1; 205 x 3 x 2 17.5 lbs util a new PR.
