Recovery:
Squat: 230x5x2
Press: 135x5x3
Deadlift: 365x5, 415x1
The presses were nice and easy. No grind at all really.
415 went up smooth as butter. I'm embarrassed to admit that I just figured out how to explode out of the bottom on deadlift the way doing power cleans are supposed to help with
Body weight is up 3 lbs or so

Squats felt really heavy tonight. I wasn't totally mentally present tonight though. I got it done either way.
Bench felt good. As long as my presses keep going up every week, I am going to stick with the Bench prioritization. I would like to try a power lifting competition at some point anyway.

Recovery:
Squat: 235x5x2
Press: 140x5, 140x4x2
Deadlift: 370x5
This was really a crummy workout. I didn't feel great going into it. Normally I snap out of it after my squats are finished, but my presses felt like garbage. I'm going to chalk this one up to a bad day, and try for 140 again next week. 370 felt pretty okay though, it was more mental effort than physical on deads today.

I've gained about 5 lbs since starting TM. I was originally thinking about weighing 170-175, now I'm thinking 180. I'm still pretty lean at 163-164ish (visible "abz" if I flex really hard. The gold standard)

My cleans suck. Squats felt good. Bench felt good. Surprised myself with the 255 single. Wasn't that hard really. Toughest thing tonight were the damn cleans.
