Press: 70kg x 2 x 3 - last rep of second set was a bit dodgy but overall very good

07/02/2022 - "Volume"
Terrible day as far lower-body is concerned. 120kg on the squat warmup felt like 160kg, and 155kg on the deadlift felt more like 180kg. Managed to complete the deadlifts, but I skipped the squats and I will be skipping them for the rest of the week as well. Last week on TM.
Squat: 120kg x 2 x 2
Bench: 80kg x 5 x 5 - pretty good, BWx5x5, last set was somewhat challenging but pushed through
Deadlift: 155kg x 3 x 5 (82.5% offset)

Squat: 140kg x 1 x 5, 145kg x 1 x 3
Bench: 87.5kg x 1 x 2, 85kg x 1 x 3, 82.5kg x 1 x 3, 80kg x 1 x 3 - third rep of 87.5kg wouldn't budge again unfortunately
Deadlift: 187.5kg x 1 x 2, 170kg x 1 x 3 - pretty good

Back after a 2-week break. Will be switching to some sort of 4-day HLM-type split (?) on Monday, so today was just greasing the groove.
Squat: 100kg x 2 x 5, 120kg x 2 x 5, 130kg x 1 x 5, 135kg x 1 x 3 - all beltless. Squats still feel weird. Tougher than they did pre-new-year. Maybe it's all just in my head though. IDK.
Bench: 80kg x 3 x 5
