I really enjoy them. I usually only lift the over head press and the deadlift. But one meets some great people there. We took our oldest client to the last USSF meet, 95 year old John Claassen. He only competed in the deadlift but boy did he get the cheers. A film has been made about him which includes the competition. "Outlifting Life" I think you might enjoy it
Well, thanks to a minor injury and some draconian measures implemented by local government I'm just getting back to the gym. I did spend a couple of days doing weighted push ups. 200 reps one day and 250 reps next session. Added weight was 25lbs. Anyway, today's workout:
