Well, it was a mess.
I did not finish my session because:
1) The gym closed early.
2) I did not recover from Wednesday.
So, something is off with my programming.
If any of you have an idea, I'm listening.
I plan to:
1) Lower SQ and DL to 2 sessions each per week: light and heavy.
2) Increase BP and P to 3 sessions each per week: light, medium and heavy.
I'll try to keep:
1) A 2.5kg increase per week for the SQ and DL.
2) A 1.5kg increase per week for the BP.
3) A 1kg increase per week for the P.
