I don't know the cost because I cannot find precisely this prowler in their online catalog.
From your recent logs, you seem to be using the prowler in lieu of squats as part of an HLM scheme. Do you see carryover from the prowler to the squat or do you use it solely as a tool of active recovery?

I squat every session. It's the only lift I do every session. The prowler replaces the deadlift on light days. The light day itself is an active rest day. I would rather deadlift on every session but follow Sully's guidance to do what he prescribes. The prowler builds stamina and strengthens lats and legs.

    Weekly dietary recap

    Weight in 180
    Weight out 181.4 average
Will keep calorie target as-is for next week

Recuperation was ok-ish as I have been struggling with the flu this week. Had good workouts, appetite. Sleep quality was trash overall because of my youngest waking up a lot in the middle of the night this week from coughing.

First time benching with my new monolift. Might take a few sessions to get fully used to it, but already this was the first time in forever that my left shoulder is not angry at me from unracking at angles. Sometimes the bother would follow to the next pressing workout. Feeling optimistic already.
