    Light day, trying a new movement.

    Incline press
    135x8x3
    Triceps band work 3x50

    This was a ~50deg incline press, as opposed to the ~35deg incline I sometimes do. Interesting stretch plus I don’t need to reposition my monolift attachment this way. Will probably do this again whenever I need a lighter press day.
