    Weekly dietary recap

    BW in 180
    BW out 180 average

    Calories 3104 average

Recovery was better than usual. I have recently taken to upping protein intake from ~150g/day to ~200g/day. This usually takes the form of an additional tin of sardines either with breakfast or as a snack.

Will raise target caloric intake by 250 to help drive bodyweight growth

We do use a Rogue prowler. I'm guessing that the prowler itself weighs in excess of 100 lbs. It has openings for four posts which allows users to go a distance alternate ways without having to turn. There is a post in the center to hold the weights. I don't know the cost because I cannot find precisely this prowler in their online catalog.
