Squats keep going up. I’m moving the conventional deadlift to Saturday which means I can have a deadlift variation on Tuesday now.

Nice short light session. Squats were without shoes or belt as I will have to be without them while travelling next week for work, they felt fine so that's good news.
I am moving Deadlifts to Saturday so Chins moved to today, CG Bench became regular Bench as I'm transitioning back to powerlifting, aiming to compete in the middle of the year. I'll aim to push up my Press for a bit longer before swapping Press and Bench Press in the program.
