Most likely cause exacerbating ulnar nerve pain
I seem to have recently developed ulnar nerve pain at my left inner elbow and am wondering which of the following suspects (roughly in the order of frequency) is the biggest culprit that I might benefit from backing off on:
1) Bench press
2) Front squat
3) Bicep curls, sometimes 8-12 reps weight (hurts), sometimes 20 or even 30+ reps (doesn’t hurt)
4) Dead hang
5) Pull-ups (hurts a bit while doing)
6) Dips
Exercises above not noted as such don’t hurt while doing them, and bicep curls also sometimes vaguely hurt in the ring and pinkie fingers at the bottom of the curl.

I've got the information ready, and once I return to Texas, I will put that information to paper for an article for elbow pain associated with the low bar squat.

You mean front squat, yes? FYI, my back squat is high bar and I’ve been doing it for well over a year without issues and am only doing submaximal weight-rep combinations these days, but front squats I started just a couple months back.
