Monday squat 415x5x3 Marrs bar
Wednesday squat 315x5x2 Straight bar
Friday squat 420x1 420x0 Marrs bar
Unusual calf soreness/mild pain. Legs have been feeling funny since Mondays squat session. Possibly an awkward rep/form issue/over compensation. Have only missed one other squat rep in the last few months. Question being not sure how to structure Mondays squat session. If I’m still feeling off should I reduce the weight rep scheme or just eliminate it altogether? Was thinking about trying this
Monday 375x5x5
Wednesday 315x5x2
Friday 420x5 or 420x5x3
I have slightly reduced my calorie intake in a attempt to recompose as I have already gained seventy plus pounds

Hi Mark, thanks for responding. I rolled the tape. Monday looks normal. After rep 4 set 1 Wednesday, I shifted my right leg under the bar. Maybe I can post it on here I don’t exactly want to use YouTube. Guessing that gave me a minor tweak.
What do you do… What do you do…
I went ahead with usual 1 2 3 plate warm up. Did notice calf felt a little weak but not terrible. Slightly lethargic out of the hole. Threw 420 on the bar and missed the first rep of the first set. Don’t like it but I think I’m hanging it up until Wednesday and will try my usual “recovery “ sets.

I realize this is a lot of information to review. I figured I would provide an update since my original post passed “moderation”. I will save the minutia details for now. Amidst a couple other training issues/mishaps, I consider myself practically healed. After I finally squatted 420x5, I was still feeling an odd residual nagging feeling in my right calf. Decided to do a make up a rep cause at least 1 rep was high in my initial set of five. Instead of attempting to eek out two more sets of five, I decided to keep it at one. For now.
