Retrolisthesis diagnostic
Hi everyone, I started with starting strength program while out of training for over 5years
I am struggling with some pain on my lower back, decided to get some xrays and was diagnosed with Retrolisthesis, doctor said better to keep out of really heavy weights but told me to keep working our a little bit lighter
Any advices on how to Squat and Deadlift with Retrolisthesis, I'm attaching the xray images

The overwhelming majority of the time, a spondylolisthesis is an incidental finding, and outside of an acute or unstable spondylolisthesis, they have virtually no correlation with back pain. Probably 98% of people with a spondylolisthesis are walking around with no knowledge of it, and it will have no impact on their life whatsoever. You’ve been training for five years, and the sure bet is that you have been training this entire time with the retrolisthesis the entire time.
