Just for fun I was doing hammer cursl at the end of my session and when gripping the dumbbell somewhat harder I feel a jolt like an electric shock going from the middle of my forearm (line towards my thumb) straight up to my thumb. Feels like a tendon "jumping" around. Not really painful but very uncomfortable. Only on my left side. Im right handed. What could this be? De Quervain's probably not bc I don't have any of the other symtoms as far as I see.

It's a carpal tunnel owie. You'll be fine.

Ok. So just ignore that stuff and continue?
Treating the thing itself of course. I don't mind the uncofortable feeling just don't want to injure anything.

If you're afraid of the thing, get it looked at.

Not really. I'd do some "nerve flossing" and streching. Or do you see any real risk of injury here? If its carpal tunnel it's as you say only an owie.

Superficial radial nerve. It happens. It’s no big deal. Sometimes happens when you have done a lot of brachioradialis work.Happens sometimes on DB bench presses, too.
