Extreme shoulder weakness
I went in to bench today and fully expected to have a completely normal workout. When I unracked the empty bar it felt like there was a weight on one side of the bar when there wasn’t. I threw on 135 for my first warmup and was barely able to get it up, the left side was significantly lower than the right. I have absolutely no pain but my left arm/shoulder is very weak. I wasn’t able to find anything anywhere where weakness is the only symptom. Any advice or insight would be appreciated.

Looks like you have a neurological deficit of cervical origin. This is a problem for a neurologist.
