Any known exercises to help with stabilization of the spine while I slowly process the NLP?

Currently box squatting to help with lower back aggravation, seems to help/not piss off LB as much.

    Thanks guys

Squats, presses, and deadlifts stabilize the spine. Maybe I don't understand the question.

I have severe spondylolisthesis. What has helped my back pain more than anything has been reverse hypers. Other than that, I think just stregthening the muscles along the spine is the most important thing, ie, squats, DL, etc.

I am very intrigued about the concept of stabilizing the spine.

What must your spine do when you deadlift, squat, or press?
