Radius styloid process fracture
Male 22. Couple days ago I fell back onto outstretched hands with both wrists in extension. Thought nothing of it, but that evening and the next day I found it hard to flex and extend my right wrist with pain occuring at both extremes. Other than that, no swelling, no bruising, no other pain.
Went to the ER, got an x-ray and was diagnosed with radius styloid process fracture in my right hand. 1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg
I got a short arm cast and got sent home; in 3 weeks the doctor will decide if it will come off.
The question - how do I go about training now? Do I wait until the cast is off and start slowly loading up to my previous weights?

That's about all you can do with the cast on. But make him decide to take it off ASAFP.
