How do you know it is the rotator cuff?
For the past 3-4 weeks, I've felt slight pain in my left shoulder after I squat, bench, clean, or chin, even with lighter weights. It otherwise hasn't affected my daily life, and the press and deadlift have been fine. The pain hasn't gotten noticeably better or worse since it started.
Except maybe for the bench, it hasn't been debilitating enough to disrupt my training, so I hoped it would go away on its own. Should I keep training as normal for as long as the pain doesn't get worse, only deadlift and press for a couple weeks, or see a doctor?
For reference, I'm a 25 year-old male at 5'9", 195lb.

Get a diagnosis. The shoulder is a complicated place.
Case in point for you, DBA - when I was much younger, I had shoulder problems that I assumed were a rotator cuff injury, and tried to treat it accordingly on my own, to no avail. A year or so later, I finally got it diagnosed, and it was an injured ligament, which it turns out needed very different help.
