Got a MRI due to shoulder pain. In the mri nothing really seems to stand out to me that I should get fixed. I take it this means find a light weight to press to force it to heal. Impressions were fraying of bursal side of the superspantus with subacormal bursitis. There was no acromion issues such as spurs. How long do you do nothing till you start pressing? The doctor stated a month.

That was my question, I figured if I did nothing for a month I would just de-train with a no better tendon. I know when I had patella tendonitis light correct squats helped it bounce back in 2 months. I feel the same would apply here for a aggravated frayed tendon, but using the press.
