Starting Back
Mark,
I would like to start lifting weights again. I have been running since I was a teenager (I am 51), but haven't lifted since grad school. I want to ease back into it, making sure I have proper form to avoid injuries and ensure best results. I live/work in the NYC area. Should I seek out a gym in my area where there is a trainer certified in your method (if you think so, please recommend one) or would I do just fine watching your DVD? Thanks for your thoughts.

Find Keith Wittenstein at CrossFit Virtuosity. He is very good at this.
