Hey Coach,
I registered with the forums just so that I could ask the following (forgive me if this has already been addressed)...
During squats and deadlifts, I find myself very winded, to the point where I find it necessary to take short breaks in between reps to catch my breath, for fear of becoming too light-headed. Would it be wise to do cardio on my non-lifting days? If so, what style of cardio training would you suggest?
Or is this the sort of issue that resolves itself over time?

My heart rate has been close to 200 with a relatively heavy set of 5, and I'm not out of shape.
Thanks Rip.
