    Hi Rip,

I'm on my 5th week of the SS novice program although, at 45, I don't fit the demographic. Anyway, I'd appreciate your assessment of my deadlift technique.

This video shows me lifting 275. When I attempted 285 last week I felt my lumbar round and the rounding was confirmed by video.

This set felt pretty good but I'm not certain that my lumbar isn't rounding slightly. What do you think?

    I'd appreciate any feedback.

    Thanks

SS is a great book BTW.

Your low back is fine in this set. Looks very good to me.

I'm so glad I have my own home gym. That lady in the background doing "what-the-fucks" would be too distracting for me.

    Thanks Rip.

Regarding that lady, there's always somebody doing something strange in there. I guess it's free entertainment.

Nice deads. Those are some of the saddest lunges I have ever seen behind you.

I used to train in a "fitness facility" that had those retarded 12-sided plates and people doing dumb exercises because they don't know any better. Now, like mlentzner, I train at home. And I'm 39. Perfect for my own demographic.
