Holy shit, I did a fucking triple-take when I saw a post by "Fluxboy."

It's about time, I've been starved for entertainment during the day.

I suppose it depends on your goals. If getting bigger and stronger as quickly as possible is your goal, squats and milk have been working for about a hundred years. I'm unaware of any other method which even comes close. Now, taking in about 6000 calories when you can only squat 85 pounds may be a bit whack ... but its a surefire recipe for quadrupling that squat in the fastest manner possible.

And that's what this kid needs to do.

(ps The site looks great, Rip. It's great to see you are doing well.)
WTF? I thought some insane Russian or Asian woman did you in. Glad I was wrong.

Hey, thanks for the warm welcome guys. It's nice to see some of the ol' handles kicking about. Sorry for the absence, got a little tied up... current status is weak and injured, but not through any fault of Rip's most excellent program. I dabbled in areas I shouldn't have and less than desirable results emerged.

And when I say less than desirable, it's actually code for fucking my body up to the point that I've been out for the last year. This is most tragic, but correctable. Now, I've been trying to accept my condition over the past few months, but every time it gets windy outside, I wobble off the sidewalk.

    Into traffic.

And I just saw Captain America, and Steve Rogers actually has more muscle than me ... before the Super Serum:

I thought about retreating to a small monastery in some third world jungle (Myanmar looked nice), but on further reflection realized I never really accomplished the goal I set for myself when I started lifting:

I wanted to deadlift a Smart Car and roll it over. You know, like the Hulk.

Hey ... if she could do it:

    I really have no excuses.

    Nice to be back, guys.

    Best,
    Flux

(ps Her name is Titania, and it's a 1900 lb Ford Laser. Smart Cars tip the scale at 1600 lbs)
