    First of all thank you for putting up with endless and repetitive questions to provide this incredible resource. Secondly could you check the form on my P deadlift. Its 240k double overhand with hook grip. I find the mixed grip messes up my start position.

    Very good. Note the very slight back angle change as the pull starts. This means that you could stand to have your hips a little higher, but not much.

    thank you, i will have a go with my hips a touch higher. i hadnt noticed until you pointed it out!
