    What really resonated for me, aside from the incredible story itself, were the goals. Without any sort of doubt, he said he wanted to do 315x5 by the Fourth of July.

    Rip tells him he can do one better and achieve it by June, essentially.

    No fucking excuses whatsoever, guy mans up and hits his 6 month goal in 3.5 months. Bravo, sir. You're an inspiration. If only your story had the opportunity to be shared more broadly among health professionals (or among those who think squats are bad for the knees, for that matter).

    Please update this thread again once you've crushed your next set of goals.
