From this terribly limited amount of information, it sounds like your problem may be a hamstring injury that you have not rehabbed correctly.
I strained my hamstringaround christmas time, I laid of until my limp subsided and I could walk 100%. I keep rehabbing this injury with massage, hamstring curls etc but once I get back to deadlifting, the next day my hamstrings are hurting, both of them but the left is much worse.
I deadlifted heavy on friday, on saturday I could feel the strain, today I cannot walk very well yet again.
Any idea's on what the problem could be?
thanks

Is it possible that the hamstring pain is coming from somewhere else? Have you ever heard of something like this.
I think my rehab was sufficient, comprising of regular stretch and stiff leg deadlifts with light weight to prepare then for future deadlifting.
It may be cancer. With insufficient information, anything is possible.
Have you tried rehabbing for your deadlift by doing normal deadlifts? Start light, work your way back up. Use normal deadlifts, not stiff-legged deadlifts.
