putting a zinc coating on my B&R bar

I appreciate the videos. I've seen these two actually - but I was hoping for a permanent solution. I've heard zinc "seeps into the pores" of the metal so it sounded like a good idea. However, I didn't know about the process of galvanization being required. I may have to settle for cleaning - but I'll post some pics of the process if I paint it.

I also wasn't suggesting that you go digging up the articles for me - I assumed you were so familiar you'd know exactly which ones were applicable. I originally tried to ctrl+f for zinc but barbell breaking should be a bit more to go on. Thanks Dillman.

I suppose I could just live with a layer of paint on it. I'll investigate that side of it.

Now all you have to do is decide the color. Make it match your shed.
