1st rep on deadlift
Hi Mark,
I posted this over on technique but no one could seem to tell me what was wrong with my initial set up. In the book BBT2 you mention that if your set up is wrong it will/has to correct as the bar comes off the floor. my back is round on 1st rep but comes into correct position (I think) on subsequent reps. Just wondering what I am not doing/ being able to feel when I first set up to the bar.
