Is there any benefit to eating more than 1g of protein per Lb of BW?
Hi Rip,
Is there any benefit to eating more than 1g of protein per pound of body weight? I think that might be of interest to more people than yours truly, but in my case I've been training 3x a week (a mix of lifting and conditioning), and I'm a 41yr old male, 5'10", 185Lb BW, roughly 18%-20% fat.

There seems to be a benefit. That's why all big guys do it. If there wasn't, they wouldn't spend the money.
