    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Sounds like what I have, which I was told was shoulder impingement. As of yet found nothing that helps apart from rest which I dont like doing. Presses are the best activity for them, low bar squatting is BY FAR the worst..

    Would really love to avoid surgery but it have gotten steadily worse over the last 6 months.

    And three weeks after your surgery you rehabbed with chins and presses? did you squat/pull at all?

    Also,

    has anyone ever had a case of Neuralgic Amyotrophy http://www.shoulderdoc.co.uk/article...94&article=364

    This has affected my left shoulder, My strength has returned, all seems well but I'm experiencing lots of clicking and such still.

    How did you end up with a brachial plexopathy?
