I was wondering if squatting 400pounds+ with the lower legs of a 14years old girl could be dangerous.
My current squat 1RM is 350ish and I have 14" calves @195lbs/5'9"/18yo. I started having pain in my ankle a few months ago and it wouldn't go away. It also pops and clicks whenever I want it to. It's not very acute but is a real pain in the ass.

Rick Gaugler squatted 700+ with pencil calves, so you're probably okay. The ankle is another matter. Old injury?

No old injury , I got it about 3 months ago. I squat wide (1.5shoulder width roughly) with very little knee travel , and have developed pain along the side of my right leg. Granted , it's minor , but my ankle is a bit more worrying.

Have you considered the possibility that maybe you shouldn't squat so wide?

This should be some sort of epiphany for you. You can get stronger in spite of aesthetics.

I can't get depth when squatting with a normal stance. I have long legs.
This is as deep as I can go with normal stance :
It looks the same with a barbell.

This is how it looks with a wide stance

Excellent photos. But you are incorrect in saying you cannot get depth with the top stance. You merely have not shoved your knees out enough.

I also have trouble getting to adequate depth when I'm squatting underwater.

Algae is the problem. Jams against the inner thighs.
