I wasn't aware there were 100 strength training books worth mentioning. Though that's probably a result of looking through Barnes&Noble's selection while traveling for golf tournaments. The amount of pure shit that gets published is funny in that way that makes you wonder how some people remember to breathe.
Though when you include silly crap like "Relax Into Stretch" as a "strength training" book, one can stretch the list pretty damn long.
I thought the same thing. And Kelly Starrett's weirdly-titled book was on there and I thought he was the "stretching is dead" guy so this list author can't decide if stretching is good or not. I didn't want to bring it up though because it might discredit the list and hurt Rip's feelings.
TSSS is highly underrated IMHO, it might be old but more relevant than ever.
