    so - I think the big question on everyone's mind is: how frequently has HQ programmed clean and jerks in the last 6 weeks? Mr. Berger never cleared that up for us

    Just saw the otl on xfit. I think it was a decent report, however I think they cut rip off too soon. Now espn is making money off of airing the crossfit games, so it makes sense that they cut rip off before he could blow up xfit dudes claim that no seminars involve actual coaching practice. Crossfit looked like what it is, good exercise, shitty if you're looking to train seriously. I for one would rather become sufficient in 5 to 7 trained lifts over the course of the next few years rather than compete at fitness everyday. I'll take competing in a local PL comp next year as all the competition I need.
